Kevin and I incorporated Peterson/Grace Custom Homes in 1982. When it comes to home building, we take the “hands on” approach. If you are thinking about building a home, give me a call! I will personally call you back. From design to financing, I will help you with the planning as you decide exactly what you are looking for in your new home and how much it will cost. Please bring any new home ideas, sketches and pictures with you when you come visit.

My family has lived in the Valley since my Great Great Grandfather moved here. We are following that tradition as my wife Julie and I raise our 3 sons and 1 daughter here. Julie and I have been married since 1978; we enjoy scouting, sports, and other family activities.

When Howard and I started Peterson/Grace Custom Homes we each brought years of experience to the team. In fact, I built my first home in 1973. In addition to our experience, he brought his strengths in planning with him and I brought my management skills. My role is to manage the construction, and development aspects of the business, making sure that each home is finished on time and exceeds our customers expectations. I moved to the Valley in 1976, and my wife Tracy and I have been married since 1977 and enjoy Arizona's opportunities with our 5 daughters and our son. I look forward to serving you
